i’m going to start posting daily food logs

food logs help me keep in perspective exactly what i’m consuming through out the day. the trick for me is to not become obsessive. it’s all about being healthy and not just the calories

breakfast:

banana strawberry peanut butter smoothie

( one banana, 4 strawberries, 1 tablespoon all natural unsalted peanut butter, 1 cup of 1% milk) blended and delicious

fiber one chocolate chip brownie

lunch:

turkey and swiss cheese on whole grain bread with guacamole

1 apple

this is what i’ve eaten so far, not too sure what i’ll be having for dinner

Best breakfast ever! Whole wheat breakfast pizza with cream cheese, kiwi, banana, raspberries, blueberry jam, honey peanut butter, and dark chocolate chips! Ahhhhh so so so good!
